Return & Refund Policy
This return policy applies to orders delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium.
You may return items within 30 days under the following conditions:
Products must be in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
Returned items must show no signs of wear or use.
Please note: if returned items do not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used, worn, or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
Always ensure that your return includes a track & trace number. Lost returns without valid tracking information cannot be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within a few business days.

No restocking fees apply.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.
After 5 minutes, orders are automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Return Risk and Shipping Costs
Returned items are always at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Wrong Item or Size Received?
If you received the wrong item or size, don’t worry — we will send you the correct item free of charge.

We process refunds for returned items within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.
