Right of Withdrawal – Returns
You may return your order within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:
Products must be in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
Packaging must be undamaged and in its original state.
Returned items must show no signs of wear or use.
Please note: if returned items do not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used, worn, or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.
Always ensure that your return shipment includes a track & trace number. Lost returns without proof of shipment cannot be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk.
As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. After processing, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within a few business days.

Cancelling an Order

After this time, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.
